Cut your fresh (clean well) or canned mushrooms into small pieces. Remove any moisture from canned mushrooms. Braise the mushrooms in 10 grams of Butter for approximately 10 minutes or until all the moisture is evaporated. Add 250 ml (1 cup) of water and contents of package.
